Fund Objective


The iShares MSCI Singapore Index Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded securities in the aggregate Singapore market, as measured by the MSCI Singapore Index.

There is no assurance that the price performance and dividend yield of the MSCI Singapore (Free) Index can be fully matched.

About the MSCI Singapore (Free) Index

All single-country MSCI Indices are free-float weighted, i.e., companies are included in the indices at the value of their free public float (free float, multipled by price). MSCI defines "free float" as total shares excluding shares held by strategic investors such as governments, corporations, controlling shareholders and management, and shares subject to foreign ownership restrictions.

Price The iSharesSM MSCI Singapore (Free) Index Fund is not quoted as a fraction of the MSCI Singapore (Free) Index. It is instead related to the Index in terms of percentage change. In other words, if the Index moves by 4%, you can expect a similar percentage change in the price of the iSharesSM MSCI Singapore (Free) Index Fund
