The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 25 January 2007.
China Hongcheng Holdings Limited is an integrated cotton textile manufacturer in the home textile industry in China which focuses on the production of premium textile products. It is currently able to produce a wide range of more than 1,000 varieties of quality cotton yarn and fabric including pure cotton fabric, silk cotton fabric, yarn dyed cotton fabric, high density broad width cotton fabric and jacquard cotton fabric. It is able to customise each of its products in accordance with the specific requirements of its customers.
Its range of quality cotton yarn and cotton fabrics are utilised in the manufacture of quality home textile products such as bedding articles (including bedcovers, bedspreads, pillow cases and quilt covers) and accoutrements (such as window curtains and sofa cloths).
Broadly, its range of cotton yarn and cotton fabrics that it produces and sells can be classified into the three categories as follows:–
• Grey and dyed cotton fabrics;
• Jacquard cotton fabrics; and
• Grey cotton yarn.
The Group's products are sold in the PRC to reknown home textile brands like "Fuannall", "Hua Fang", "Kong Long" and "Mercury" as well as overseas markets including the United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Israel, Turkey and certain countries in the European Union such as Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Apart from the production of cotton yarn and fabrics, the Group also provides contract manufacturing services of bed linen sets to its OEM customers in the United States, Canada and Australia, such as Indigo Home, Inc. |
